Your time is valuable. Spend it where it matters.
Trust In Hiring helps job seekers make decisions about which jobs to apply to. Job postings are evaluated and scored based on various signals. We'll show you which jobs are most likely real, what a fair pay range should be, and flag companies that habitually undervalue candidates and employees.

The Trust Score is specific to an individual job listing. Age, volume, reposts, and evergreen flags influence that trust. Company reputation and pay scales do not.
Each posting gets classified: Few signs, Mixed signals, Several signs, or Many signs. We show the posting-behavior signs that produced it, and you can make the final decision yourself.
Specific data points that may or may be indictors of desirable jobs are collected. You can review the information and decide for yourself if a job application is worth your time. Unknown information is labeled Unknown.
How this score stays honest
If we cannot determine age, we say so. Unknown information will not positively or negatively impact any score.
A listing that comes back after a short time gap is treated as a red flag. Frequent identical postings will also lose trust.
We flag warning signals. We never claim to know a company's intentions, or why a role is open.
